Edufabrica is an EdTech company that organizes educational workshops, training programs, and online courses for students and professionals.
All fees paid for workshops, training programs, and online courses are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed. Fees will not be refunded if a participant is unable to attend or complete the program for any reason.
If Edufabrica cancels a workshop, training program, or course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be provided with an appropriate alternative, such as a rescheduled session, transfer to another batch or program, or refund, as applicable.
In case of a refund, a ₹150 bank/payment processing charge may be deducted.
If a workshop is cancelled, postponed, or affected due to circumstances involving the college, IIT, student club, university, or other host organization, Edufabrica will make reasonable efforts to support the students and provide a suitable alternative.
This may include rescheduling, extending, managing the workshop on an alternative date, or transferring the registration to another suitable session or program.
In such circumstances, the registration fee will remain non-refundable. Edufabrica will communicate the available options to the registered participants and make reasonable efforts to ensure that their learning opportunity is not affected.
If a workshop, training program, or course is postponed, registered participants will be informed of the revised schedule. Their registration will remain valid for the rescheduled session.
Where applicable, participants may also request a transfer to another eligible session or batch, subject to availability.
Fees paid for Edufabrica online courses are non-refundable after access to the course or learning material has been provided, unless otherwise specifically stated for that particular course.
